Exclusivas Roca S.L. is the owner of Rocasa . Our company retail outlets sell kitchenware, bathroom accessories, small electrical appliances and decorative and gift articles. Throughout our more than 27 shops we offer a large number of articles that have satisfied the demands of our Canarian customers, both in quality and price, for over than 35 years.
How it all began
The company was established in 1972 by the father of the current owners. The inquisitive and ambitious founders wanted to bring to the Canaries low cost novelty household goods. This allowed the company to establish itself in Gran Canaria.
From the very beginning Exclusivas Roca S.L. realised that the secret to its success was careful purchasing. This effort to locate novelty articles at the best possible prices anywhere in the world, purchased directly from the manufacturers, gives our customers novel products at low prices.
Company growth
From the very beginning Exclusivas Roca S.L. realised the need to open new outlets due to the large demand for its products. More shops meant the customers would benefit from better prices since the larger the purchasing power, the lower the costs.
In 1997 Exclusivas Roca S.L. celebrated its 25th anniversary. Such a significant date was used to renew the company´s public image by creating a registered brand name and logo. Since then the shops bear the name ROCASA.
Rocasa Today
At present more than 200 people work for Exclusivas Roca S.L. They make sure that every shop receives its deliveries twice a week so that more than one million customers can shop in Rocasa every year. Our shops are located in Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura.
Gran Rocasa
In an effort to offer our public new and better prices, Exclusivas Roca S.L. opens its new shop: GRAN ROCASA. The name is an indication of its size, (1.500 square metres), as well as our goal. It is situated in an industrial zone in a large reformed warehouse. Our clients can find in Gran Rocasa a bigger selection of our usual Rocasa products. In Gran Rocasa you will also find new items like garden and interior furniture, carpets and a big lighting section.
